Ultimately, it energizes, unifies and strengthens the group. Children Choir Peace Festival will give opportunity to all the children in Oman who love and able to sing. These children will sing along with world’s famous professional children choirs from Europe.

Sing for Peace
Every child, youngster or teenager who like to have fun and joy through singing among hundreds of others should take the opportunity to be part of this festival. It is a festival of its own which is going to go let students & children singing along with world’s famous professional choirs like Windsbach Boys Choir.
Oman is chosen as the location of the festival for being the most stable and peaceful country at this moment but also, for its neutrality and strategic position.
Arabesque International is opening the door for all Omanis and expats living in Oman ages 8 to 18 to take part of one of the most huge events happening in Oman in 2018, we are establishing a grant choir to sing for peace in Arabic, English and some other languages.

This will be a great experience for them to develop their personality through singing among hundresta of other kids from different backgrounds and will help in developing their team work ability.
Steps to participate:
- Check your eligibility below.
- Apply for the audition either online throught our website or throught school (only school partners are eligible for this option).
The students will perform from 5 to 6 short songs with the German Windsbach Boys Choir & other choirs we will bring to join form Europe and Asia.
Scores, sound files, text transcription for non English song will be provided before the rehearsals starts.Music teacher/s to train Sultan School students on the scores/sound files/… of the songs that will be performed in the festival before the our choir master arrives in January to work with the whole choirs together for the festival.
Eligibility
Age: 8 to 18 years old.
Nationality: all nationalities.
There is no experience in singing required but the child has to own a good voice to apply.
Application Form for Auditions
The audition application is conducted through Arabesque International (online or our school partners).
- Online Application. (To be completed/sumbitted by the parent/student’s guardian).
- Disturbuted through the school. (To completed, dated and signed by the parent/student’s guardian and returned back to the school. (see the school partners list below if your school is elegible for this choice).
Fee
- Audition Fee: A non-refundable fee of 5 OMR is required with the submission of the application. The auditions’s dates will be scheduled with the applicant’s school at the beginning of the school year 2017/2018.
Auditions will take place in our school partners at the begining of the school year. All applicants will receive a confirmation letter providing details of the venue and audition schedule approximately two weeks prior to audition via email provided in online application form or they will be informed through our school partners. If the applicant hase not received any communication from the school or Arabesque till mid september 2017, it is the applicantʼs responsibility to contact Arabesque International on 7110 1250 or [email protected].
Participation Fee: A non-refundable fee of 50 OMR for foreigners & 10 OMR for Omanis.
All accepted applicants will receive a confirmation email providing the rehearsals schedule which will take place from October to December 2017 in our school partners. The rehearsals in January & February 2018 will be conducted by a choir master from Europe.
